Smart Office of Texas, a San Antonio-based startup providing virtual offices and meeting space was in need of an online and social media presence. Duties performed included:

• Provided a customized WordPress CMS theme. Worked with company representatives to ensure an easy, elegant user interface. Installed web analytics software to track visitor data. Set up custom email service for company representatives.
• Managed the logo creation process to match the website color scheme and overall look and spirit the company desired.
• Managed SEO including use of sitemaps, directory submission, and keyword selection. Successfully placed Smart Office of Texas on the top of Page 1 of Google under search term “virtual office in San Antonio.”
• Managed Smart Office’s online social media presence including Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Responsible for selecting and acquiring appropriate photography for web and marketing purposes.
